By using PatternHoop you agree to these terms. They are short.

The service

PatternHoop makes a cross-stitch pattern from your photo for free: a preview, the thread list, a PDF and sending that PDF by email. No sign-up needed.

Your photos and patterns

Only upload photos you have the rights to: your own, or taken with the permission of the author and the people in them.

The photo and the pattern made from it remain yours. We get no rights to them — the photo never even leaves your browser.

Rules

Do not use the service for unlawful content, do not send emails to other people's addresses without their consent, and do not try to get around the service's limits and protection.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep patterns, colours and skein counts accurate, but colours on screen and on fabric differ and thread amounts are estimates. Check the pattern before buying threads.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the service, including threads and materials you buy.

Trademarks

DMC is a trademark of its owner. PatternHoop is not affiliated with DMC; colour numbers and names are shown only so you can buy the right threads.

Changes

We may change the service and these terms; the current version is always on this page. The service may be temporarily unavailable.
